So I ran roslaunch catvehicle_tests cmdvel_unsafetest.launch and I got it working, but I want to know all topics being published/subscribed in this simulation.

They include sensors, GPS, Lidar, etc.

Or if there is link to references, let me know.

I'm not sure if I get what you need.

In any case, if you want to list the topics, just use the command rostopic list in the console.

But, if it is what I'm thinking, you may want to have a documentation about the simulation and the packages involved. We provide the simulation here: https://bitbucket.org/theconstructcore/autonomous_vehicle/src/master/

But you can find a explanation about the original package here: https://bitbucket.org/theconstructcore/autonomous_vehicle/src/master/catvehicle_basics/catvehicle/
